Coverage that provides lifelong protection, and the ability to maintain a level premium. Permanent Life offers the flexibility to meet a variety of personal needs while allowing employees the choice of benefit and premium amounts which fit their paycheck and life style.

Plan Rules:

• Eligibility: Eligible employees as described on the Eligibility page, spouse and dependent children (up to age 26)

• Coverage through UNUM

• Underwriting may be required. Coverage is not guaranteed

• Permanent Life offers the flexibility to meet a variety of personal needs while allowing employees the choice of benefit and premium amounts which fit their paychecks and life styles

• Important Note: If you currently have a Chubb or Trustmark Permanent Life policy, there are no changes to your policy and it will remain on payroll deduction. You will not see the Chubb or Trustmark benefit within the enrollment system.
